Wild Lotus XXX – Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Wild Lotus xxx website, social media pages, phone orders, and in-store purchases. By placing an order with Wild Lotus xxx, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Wild Lotus xxx reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Online Orders

All online orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details, recipient information, and contact details are correct at the time of ordering. Wild Lotus xxx is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before the daily cut-off time. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, traffic, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Flower & Product Availability

Flowers are seasonal and subject to market availability.

While every effort is made to create arrangements as pictured on the website or social media, Wild Lotus xxx reserves the right to substitute flowers, foliage, containers, wrapping, or gift items with products of equal or greater value when necessary.

Substitutions will always be selected carefully to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and value of the arrangement.

Certain flowers may vary slightly in colour, size, or appearance due to natural seasonal variations.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Delivery fees are charged separately and will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery

Wild Lotus XXX will make every reasonable effort to deliver orders on the requested delivery date.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

• flowers may be left in a safe location where appropriate;

• delivered to reception or a neighbour where suitable; or

• returned to the store for redelivery at an additional charge.

Wild Lotus xxx is not responsible for flowers once they have been successfully delivered to the nominated address.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are generally not provided for change of mind.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, you must contact Wild Lotus xxx within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs where requested.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered at the discretion of Wild Lotus xxx where:

• products arrive damaged;

• products are significantly different from the order placed; or

• delivery was not completed due to an error by Wild Lotus xxx.

Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may incur cancellation fees, particularly where flowers have already been prepared or sourced.

No refunds will be issued for incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer or where delivery attempts were unsuccessful.

7. Wedding & Event Orders

Wedding and event bookings may require a deposit to secure the booking date.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Final balances must be paid prior to the event date unless alternative arrangements have been approved.

Any changes to wedding or event orders must be requested in writing and may not be possible within short timeframes.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on the Wild Lotus xxx website and social media platforms remain the property of Wild Lotus xxx and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Privacy

Customer information collected through online orders is used solely for processing orders, deliveries, and customer communication.

Wild Lotus xxx will not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required to complete delivery services or by law.
